We are based in New South Wales, Australia so are ahead of GMT by 10 hours most of the time.  we do our best to answer enquiries within 24 hrs but do observe office hours Mon - Fri.

David is often on the road in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and USA so doesn't always have chance to answer email right away.  If you have technical questions for him about the Bailey Method please check out our FAQ page on the method here.

We ship products within 24hrs (Mon - Fri) of getting your orders.  It can take up to two weeks for orders to arrive so please expect a delay if you are ordering from outside of the USA.
